When developing your specific masterbatch, we find it essential that we know what requirements your masterbatch must meet.
However, we are happy to invest in your ease of use. We have therefore supplemented our website with a handy form.

In the next step, you can fill in all the details for your lab request.
- Determine for which production process your masterbatch should be used: injection moulding, profile or sheet extrusion, yarn extrusion or fiber extrusion, rotomoulding or blowmoulding.
- What color reference will you provide us? This can be in the form of masterbatch granules, a plastic or textile end product, a yarn sample or a color reference in Pantone or RAL.
- In which polymer should the plastic end product be produced?
- Will the plastic end product be used indoors or outdoors?
- Determine what the value should be for lightfastness and weather resistance.
- What is the wall thickness of the plastic end product - or if you have opted for yarn extrusion: what are the yarn count and the number of filaments?
- Indicate the maximum temperature of the production process (heat stability).
- Indicate whether you would like a UV stabilizer in your masterbatch.
- State the desired dosage of your masterbatch (in %).
- Choose a sample in the form of masterbatch granules, color chip or yarn in the form of a wrapcard or pompom (several choices are possible depending on the chosen production process).
After submitting this application, you will receive a confirmation email and a reference number:
in this way, you will get a nice overview of all the information you have provided us.
If you wish to send a color reference, you can preferably add this information to the package.
